Feminine power in "A Room of One's Own"
Résumé
This memoire raises the issue of feminine power in Virginia Woolf’s essay "A Room of One’s Own". It highlights how Woolf advocates and demonstrates a new kind of power for women by challenging the laws of patriarchal societies. Analysing both form and content, this work shows that Woolf reinvented the codes of essay writing, so that it would fit her liking.
